Alberto Apartments

 

A private, modern complex comprising of 8 apartments and 8 studios, situated in the village "Morro Jable" (in the "colina") with views of the beach, ocean and village. The Alberto Apartments have been built 20 metres above sea level and 300 metres from the sea. Some 300 metres away there is a kilometric beach, with white sands and transparent uncontaminated water, where marine life flourishes. All of this is found with less than a three minutes walk. The village of "Morro Jable" is only five minutes away in the other direction.

Studios

• 30 square metres over two floors.
• A room with two beds.
• Living room with American style integrated kitchen.
• Bathroom (shower only, no bath).
• Spacious furnished terrace or balcony.
• The studios are designed for one or two people, with the possibility of a third using the sofa bed supplied in the living room.
• Equipment: Cafeteria, room safe (renting required), television, fridge, sea views.

Apartments

• 40 square metres.
• Bedroom (All supplied with two beds).
• Living room with American style integrated kitchen.
• Bathroom (shower only, no bath).
• Spacious furnished terrace or balcony.
• Apartments are designed for 4 people.
• Equipment: coffe maker, room safe (renting required), television, fridge, sea views.
